Berry Go Bars

1 ripe banana

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 c ground flax seeds

1/8 cup pomegratate juice

2 tbsp chopped dates

1 tbsp chopped walnuts

1 tbsp chopped goji berries

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp ground fresh ginger

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash the peeled banana in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Wipe an 8×8 pan with a small ampunt of coconut oil. Spread mixture in pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.
